New California Smoker
Just joined and am interested in taking my smoking skills to a new level. I have been smoking off and on for about 10 years now but am getting more interested by the minute. Just built my UDS and love it. Nothing beats sitting outside drinking and smoking on the porch. -
My UDS finally finished
I just came across the site and like what I see so I decided to join and post. I started with a 1200.00 Traeger smoker and let me just say what a pos.
