Hello all. My name is Steve Blumenkrantz. I live in Massachusetts and have been smoking various meats (babyback ribs mostly) in my 44-in Smokey Hollow propane smoker for 2 years now. I'm excited to get to know you and read some helpful stuff from this group.
I love my smoke-hollow-44 smoker! It's big and, unlike someone else's experience, I don't think it uses excessive fuel. I would like to buy replacement grates, and water pan but haven't had any luck finding replacement parts.
