    Should I soak my wood chunks?

    I'm using my new MES 40" today to cook St. Louis pork ribs. I'm going to try the 3-2-1 method.  Do you recommend I soak the wood chunks or leave them dry?  I'm reading a lot of conflicting info. Thank you!
