    Small RF smoker - 30 gallon

    How are you coming along on this project? I built a 250 gallon last year and now I've got a small compressor I want to use for a backyard smoker. My compressor appears to be a bit smaller than yours. I'd guess it to be around 20 gallon but this'll be a good thread for me to follow.

    I'm going to make both the rub and the sauce tonight for this weekend. My question is in regards to the granulated garlic and onion. I've made several rubs and have always ust used garlic and onion salt. Can I use them in this recipe  with the same quantities or will that overpower the rub?
