    For those trying to decide.....I just want to say that I own the brinkmann TMLE and finally saw a Okie Joe at walmart. What a differance!!!     I would say yes its because you have fire in both the cc and the firebox. you'll should see a big difference using just the fire box

    Hey all have a corned beef in the smoker, trying for pastromi. Its at 163% IT now, do I foil at 165%  and let it rest or cook it longer? Much thanks.
