    Change of plans

    So I just pulled a brisket off the smoker and get news that my sons are getting here for supper instead of lunch. So instead of a couple of hours in the cooler, I have eight hours until time to eat. Should I just put it in the fridge and then rewarm, put it in a warm oven or something else?
