    "southpawjab" Boxed for seven yrs. when i was much younger, like 32 yrs. ago!!! that's the jab part and yes I'm a lefty. Which i hear are the best smokers!!  haha. New at smoking meat and forums....

    southpawjab " first timer"

      Just got a masterbuild 30" ele. smoker. Grilled for years, but never smoked anything.  So I'll be using this site alot. I'll thank you now for all the advice.  I'm from Western Arkansas river vally area. 50 yrs old,married ,two girls 17 and 22....
