    ok i have built a fidge smoker but it only get up to 130 tops wich is dine for jery. but i am wanting to do more smoked fish and turkys so what i am wondering is i have a side bureder off my old grill i just junked. would that burner be good enough for a 3'x3'x5' smoke house and beable to reach...
