I'm a rookie smoker. Just bought the 18.5" Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker. I chose two chickens for my first smoke on September 2, 2011. My family was invited over to try it out. The results were better than expected. I used Pecan and Cherry Wood. I did the chickens whole for 3 hours at 250 F. Simply incredible.
