    Hello y'all I live in Memphis, Tn and i got a brand new Masterbuilt 30 in. Electric Smokehouse for Xmas. I'm very excited to learn how to use the smoker.  My dad has used one for as long as i can remember and I'm excited to finally have one of my own. I'm gonna start here in the next few days...
