Ok am trying these for the first time. Watching the Meshia Tate fight tonight with friends. They will love these. I used the recipe above using 1/4 cup of EVOO. I made two separate batches. 1st batch SPICY HOT added Mexican seasoning to recipe. It contains, japs, and habs. Smoking at 172...- sapper99

Hello All, My name is Dan and I have been smoking for about 10 yrs. I started out the old fashion way with homemade smoker boxes. I now own an MES 40". Makes things quite easy. I am retired from the US Army and love finding new things to do with my smoker. I've had this one for about 8 months.
