I have bought an electric element for my Brinkman Smoke and Grill and wonder if it will do the job. Not getting rid of the charcoal pan just need the ease of electric sometimes. Any suggestions at much appreciated.
My first try was messy but it's all gone. Used a pound of ground turkey and one pound of ground chicken. Mixed in two eggs and some bread crumbs to hold it together. Stuffed with shredded cheese, mushrooms and rotel.
I have made Altom Browns recipe and I love it. Has alot more flavor than the store bought stuff. I will cut down on the ancho chiles next time I make some.
