OSB, Thanks for the suggestions. I can't even get the receiver to turn on. Just got back from purchasing brand new batteries and it still will not turn on. I will contact Todd as you suggested.
I just started my 3rd smoke with my new ET-732 and I couldn't get the receiver to turn on. Installed fresh batteries thinking that may be the problem. I turned the unit on and it worked however, I needed to sync the units so I turned it off and it will not come back on. Lookin' for some help...
Mike, I have an Xl but have not tried sausage yet. With that in mind, how about stainless 'S' hooks hangin' from the bottom of the top grill? Could it be that simple, I really don't know.
