    New guy from Manitoba

    Hey guys, Pres 27 here, avid hunter and outdoorsman from Manitoba.  Started smoking homemade meat sausage and fish at the age of 14, have an electric smoker but plan to have a big rig built by spring.  Have years of making sausage, jerky and fish, and have a killer rib recipe!  Looking forward...
