Im going to try bacon wrapped scallops, mushroom and a chunk of jalapeno. And some canned chicken chunks with mushroom and jalapeno. Thinking smoking at 225 for 2 hours. I really have no clue for temp or time frame. Any ideas?

I am not photog on OFG. (Blue whisper was asking) So I brined the turkey for 30 hours. Injected the whole turkey (lots_) just so it doesn't dry out. Smoked it till 160 internal. Wrapped it in aluminum foil and put in fridge.Plan on tomorrow (easter) to fry it in oil-less fryer for 1-2 hours...
Trying to smoke a 13 PD turkey today and deep fry in oil less fryer the next day. How long should I smoke it. What internal temp should I stop smoking.
