New guy.
Greetings! My name is Jim and I received a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker for my birthday a few days ago. My home is in Grand Rapids, MI. I know nothing about smoking food but am excited to learn. My first attempt will be a pork tenderloin. Wish me luck!
