    Hey guys i have a masterbuilt extra wide propane smoker with only a few runs on it and i see that the fire is very lazy and yellow starting at the med. spot on the dial.I tried 2 diffrent propane tanks and moved the burner back and forth as much as it will go but no change? any ideas... has...

    smoker temp.

    Hello im new to this forum and need some advice.I just got a new masterbuilt extra wide propane smoker over the weekend and i smoked some chicken but had problems ! i warmed the smoker to 250 then added chicken 3 full racks of peices then temp droped to around 220 do i raise the temp or leave it...
