    New to this site...I live in WA but only out of circumstances...retired military from TX...had 2 daughters still in school and didn't want to move them, plus it helps when a job is offered to u. My heart is in TX, love to Q and smoke...just finished some beer can chickens for the 4th of July

    How Many Mes Owners Here?

    Bought the 40" w/window yesterday at Costco...cured it and will be doing my first batch of ribs today.  I have a Weber Smoky Mountain Bullet that I have used for years..going to try this out since my time is limited and I just can't keep stopping what I am doing to go check on the smoker all day.
