    Well, I've been eating all of my life but recently started smoking. I have a MES 30 and my AMNPS just showed yesterday. I've smoked some ribs and turkey legs and it's time to get serious. One question. Is there any difference (quality wise) between fresh pork bellies or frozen? Thanks Tom...
