Different woods

I used avocado splits last weekend on some pork shoulders that was by far the tastiest pull pork I've made yet any body else use this spicy wood or any other wood besides the standard

I smoked with coals last weekend I started at 6 pm the shoulder was ready at 6:30 am went through a whole bag of charcoal them 18 pound bags
