    Anybody have a Treager? We bought a "Jr". They said let it burn off the machine oils for 45 min's. I took alcohol & cleaned all the parts off by hand, then rinsed w/ water. That helped the process.  So did some baby backs (brined for 1- hrs, then dry rub) & was amazed at what a great end...
