    Is it just me or is it a thing that air fryer cooking , example like pork loin tastes very well because of the juiciness and succulent nature and the fact that moisture doesn't leave the meat easily? This compared to grilling i mean. Pls share your thoughts...

    I see... interesting !.....So for thin meats the initial SEAR might fully cook the meat it self , if you get the color you need and temp you need ! Do you all sear just steaks or also pork chops, chicken ( what meat though ,, breast?), fish etc ?

    Sorry forgot to mention , I plan on only a small steak. BTW can I sear any meat ? Fish, chicken quarters? My wife just reminded we have 2 old CI ... pls check pics. One is rusted , the other is ok . Dunno if that "LODGE" is a good brand. Can I restore the rusted one easily using vinegar / CLR...

    Ha ha thx guys! But gas can be a quick cookout if needed...in 15 mins you have a nice meal ! So Chopsaw you get good results smoking in the Weber Performer deluxe 22" charcoal grill ? Whats the max you can slow cook ? say can you do 6 hrs? Do you use water to regulate etc.. sorry due to time...

    So , the idea is: Throw steak on a very hot grill 500f or over...and check temp at various ends of meat after few min or... Throw steak on a not so hot grill( 300f) and repeat the same? And i want juicy tender steak (medium rare)... also noticed big pieces of steak have different tenderness...

    Are these numbers only for beef steak or even pork chops? Btw, your cajun mix came out great though i didn't have celery seeds or powder, mustard powder, chili powder.... I added more cumin and cayenne it was great thx!
