    My first "large" cook on my LANG 36" Hybrid. Cooked 2 spatchcock chickens and 2 racks of baby backs. Cooked in the 275-300 range and everything worked great. My only complaint was the ribs were a little on the dry side, but that is my fault because I did not pull when done. Used Sucklebusters...
