    Why do you need an air inlet if you're using electric elements? I'm wanting to build an electric/cold smoker this winter and trying to understand the process. That's a good looking smoker by the way!

    Finished getting the collars secured. Got the grate frames welded and the inside supports tacked in. Only a few more things and it'll be ready!

    Worked on building the smoker. Got the urge to cook something and smoked these wings. Injected with Creole butter and kroger med. wing sauce. Rubbed with a homemade rub. Still cooking, hopefully they turn out well.
