Smoked some ribs and made poppers to thank our neighbors for helping the wife with snow this winter well I worked. Dry rubbed last night using a commercial applewood rub. Smoked 6 hrs at 225f and sauced the final hour with a honey bbq sauce.
Used the recipe from the newsletter came out awesome. Used a store brought applewood rub, and smoked in a mastercraft propane smoker for 3 1/2 hrs interal temp 165 degrees served with sweet potato fries and whole berry cranberry sauce
Looking for suggestions for some beef ribs we picked up at BJ's they are thin cut about 1" thick across the rack. Other wise I'll give them a rub and smoke with mesquite till done might be a little thin for a thermometer. Thanks for any ideas.
