    Any Bourbon drinkers here?

    Hello All, If you can get it you should try Valentine Bourbon, Also Four Roses, and Traverse City are all great. Very Smooth and great flavor.  I use Bullit Bourbon to soak my wood chips. Valentine makes some excellent Vodka as well.

    Pre-Seasoning a new Smoker

    I was just sent a replacement smoker from Masterbuilt.(Outstanding customer service) What is the best way to season it? I was very happy with my original unit, but I am not sure about how to season it Properly. Any input is welcome.  Thanks in advance.
