    I had no problem holding a consistant 200 for hours. Before the modifications, I was lucky to keep it at 260. I have not tried (yet) any temps lower. Will post results when i do. Joe

    Couldn't get mine to stay under 250.....here's my fix: Closed off 1/2 jet openings with #6 brass screws Installed LP needle valve Reduced lower vent opening Added Green Egg door insulation Added casters WHAT A DIFFERENCE.....!
