    Smoked scrapple

    I had seen a recipe o make homemade scrapple using Pork Butt, however it said to boil the butt and I was thinking why not Smoke it first instead of boiling it then making it into Scrapple That would give You some Smoked Scrapple IMO

    Process for adding charcoal to electric smokers

    I have a small metal smokebox that I bought a Home Depot for my wood chips  and I use it on top of or next to the Heating Element and haven't had any issues. Good Luck I am a wondering if I can use ONLY Charcoal and wood if I take the heating element ? What are your thoughts?

    THE ULTIMATE BREAKFAST FATTY

    I am going to try this for my Wife and I. I am smoking Ribs this Saturday and need to fill the Smoker,since I am going to fire it up I want to try this but I wont be eating it until Breakfast or brunch on Sunday morning. Do you think that it will reheat well?

    Smoked onions??

    Sounds like the BEST "French Onion Soup" ever, Maybe top it or stuff cuts with some Cheese perhaps Gouda which is GREAT Smoked anyway. Just a thought
