    x2 Agreed on that. I don't know much about their electric but the rest of their grills and smokers are kinda junky.

    Planning on smoking a chuck roast and some home made sausages in the next few days in defiance of the current Tropical Storm warning for Andrea here in coastal NC. It got me thinking, what's the most extreme conditions you've fired up in? Weather, temp, high altitude, combat, etc?
