I use Kingsford blue bag as well. Typically stock up for the year when it's on sale. The flood soaked 300# and it got shoveled into waste containers. Found some Royal Oak lump on sale using that right now. I think I still prefer the Kingsford.

Nice looking UDS. I used magnets over the holes in mine. Typically with the exhaust wide open and 1 1/4" hole wide open for air I can maintain 300 easily. I typically run at 250-275. I love mine. ENJOY!!

For the first time this weekend I did a rack on the UDS , unwrapped. Still very good but not quite as juicy as the wrapped version. My motto when cooking is I do them like I want to and I hope you enjoy them.
