    thank yall. I went ahead and foiled it and brought the temp up to about 215-220. Once this little jewel is done I'll post some pics. Didn't think of it while I had it out. It is looking freakin awesome though!

    Well so far so good!! I put my Boston Butt on at 6:20 this morning. The smoker has stayed consistent at 205 all morning. I've had to add wood twice so far. I bought a leave in meat thermometer and right now it's showing 160* Things are good so far! My temp seems to have stalled out at...

    Well I've already learned why manufacturers say to season a smoker. It's so you can learn how the smoker cooks! Need a different wood tray. This one has slots in it and I'm thinking its letting to much flame on the wood. Can't keep the wood from catching fire.
