I am looking into temp devices and cant decide whether to get the new IQ 120 which controls pit temp and displays meat temp also, or just get an ET 732 or IGrill?
Are blowers that necessary - i have a 18.5 WSM which holds it temp pretty well - the blower may be handy for for 15 hr cooks though...
I'm a kiwi (New Zealander) based in melb, I have a weber one touch kettle and recently purchased a WSM 18.5 - its the only size weber exports to Aussie. Been doing some research into receipes and techniques.
