    It's not you, brisket, it's me

    I can't finish a piece of smoked chicken. I love chicken about any way it can be made. Fried, baked, beer butt, grilled, BBQ and about any other way. But once the smoke hits it, I just can not stomach it. Love everything else smoked including turkey just not chicken for some reason.
