Reason for not smoking a lot of brisket lately!
Hi Wade, Recently I've been picking up vacuum-packed rolled brisket from Bookers (wholesalers) at a reduced price of £4.99 per kilo. (Reduced from £6.99 per kilo). It isn't the same quality as you'd get in the US but Irish beef and great for smoking.
