    hi , was going to try hot smoking,have never heard of curing and cold smoking,but I would try it if you could get me headed in the right direction. thanks,dave

    hello all,old to forums,new to smoking. I fish alot ,but don't like eating them. Gave some steelhead to a neighbor who had it smoked by a guy in a wet cardboard box on a hot plate and it was delicious. Figured I would try it-minus the box. bought a smoke hollow 30"elec. and going to get it going...
