    Hello I'm from Louisiana. Live here and gulf shores Alabama, about 2 weeks every month at both locations. I use an electric smoker, recently purchased a kamado Joe Plan to get another electric smoker for condo. Not allowed to use propane or fire on balcony. Looking forward to gaining more...
