    Goodbye Kingsford

I use both too but recently bought the store brand of lump (kroger) and have found it to be great. I know I've read before that RO is bagged under different names and I wouldn't be surprised if ts was RO in a store bag.

    "New" Weber Smokey Mountain

    My UDS Build.

Well I found a lid kinda worried about using it because it wasnt food grade. I was wondering how guys that have used a non food grade barrel or lid have felt about it. I wouldnt think that a lid would be that big of a deal expecially since I'll have it sand blasted but I'm not trying to make...

    My UDS Build.

I've been looking at these UDS smokers for a few week. I wanna build one bad and have been looking and calling around. I live in New Orleans and if anyone close had an idea on where to get one that would be great. I would like a food grade one because who knows if any other chemicals would still...

    22.5 WSM vs UDS

To me the idea of building something and smoking on it is a lot more intriguing. Plus from everything I've read the UDS are great for smoking and vertually everyone has a WSM.

    Hello

Hello everyone my name is Cody and I currently live in New Orleans. I've been grilling for quite some time but have recently started smoking. So far I have just smoked a few racks of ribs with great success on my weber kettle grill but I will eventually be getting a smoker. I'm very impressed...
