    baby back ribs , one rack 3hr high heat.

    Well I accomplished my 1st smoke, ( baby back ribs ) . prep : squeezed lemon on the rack before rubbing them with ,Daves Famous Rib Rub my fire was highh at 350 then dropped to 300 through my smoke. I used cherry wood chips with charcoal . One hr straight then sprayed them with apple juice...

    250 is def the goal... a nice slow. the ABTs were awesome. Actually threw them in on the last hr of my smoke along with some chedder sausage links. The cherry fit awesome the Stubbs. Very sweet , finger lickin good i would say. il explore with the wood chunks next time .

    The fire was a bit too high for my 1st time.. based off the color i adjusted the 3-2-1 method to 2-1-1 . same concept just had to work around the time. I loved it, everyone loved them. Thanks for feedback. Only thing i would change would be my heat and also the eood chips i used.
