    Hi Everybody, I'm new to the site. Been smoking for about 6 months with some success. I do need some advise. I am using a cheap smoker, the charbroil cb600x. My wife would not let me spend the money on a better smoker until I had use a cheap one for at least a year. I don't fault her for that...
