    what is the best or should i say favorite wood to smoke with? should u use the same wood every time in ur smoker or does it even matter?

    well im starting to build my smoker in a couple weeks!! still gathering my material now. im kinda lucky, i work at a metal fab shop that builds vessels for the oilfield. so im getting my material at scrap prices witch im thankful for cause that is the only way i could afford to build one lol any...
