I had this rig built in OK, not a good practice if you don't know the builder. When I got it back to Va my cousin and I had to do some changes. We have one big change to make and when it happens I will send pics.
I use the plain brisket, but i have also used the corn beef. If you use apple juice for the first couple of changes instead of water, that will take out alot of the salt.
