    And away we go!!!! Trying my first attempt at Mac and cheese! Got a few Jack Daniels chips in the bottom of the pans to get the hickory chunks going. Got everything in a little later than I wanted to but at almost 60° today I had to pull the cover off the bike for awhile!

    Tested out all probes on both mavs 201°(I'm at about 5300ft) calibrated my dial therms as well and actually decided to test the one on the front of the smoker which is actually right!
