Glad to be here. Jeffs site got me started smoking. I have used most of all of his posted recipes. Hate to revive an older thread but I too am a Daytonian that just joined the site. Nice to know there are a bunch of smokers around! Do you guys have a favorite local butcher/deli that you get your meat from? I have been smoking for a little over a year now, about every other weekend or more...- arnoonan87
