    Update Picture Ribs with the BBQ sauces on it. ! They are very Tender!!!!! Couple of them fell apart when trying to flip them over so I can my homemade BBQ sauce on them. Low and slow. Good fortune's will come to him/her who waits! About an hour left so we can them while watch the football game.

    Hi All, I have a new Yoder Trailer Smoker that I entered my first comp on Saturday. I very excited I took Second place out of fifty people. I did bunch of baby back rids on it. Now its time to celebrate my victory.

    Yes I did get the temp plates and I even got the two burners for the front as well. I took the temps readings when I was seasoning it. One end was 350 and the other end was about 325.
