Yum Yum Smoke Cheese

    Made this cheese last Fall for my Buddies. Sharp cheddar, mozz., m. jack with my A-MAZE-N smoker w/cherry chips.  Waited 2-3 weeks.  I had more Buddies than I knew, that's fine, I love to Share

    depending on the temp outside 2-3 hrs.
