Decided to try to make the pork burnt ends from the news letter. Then decided, what the heck, might as well make some regular country style ribs. Then I figured as long as the smokers going, I might as well make some ABTs. I'm going to need a bigger smoker soon!

Sounds to me like you're hooked. Don't worry, it's a good addiction to have. I started out with a 30" electric but quickly decided it was too small. Gave it to my brother and bought a mes 40, then built a mini and then a custom u.s. mailbox smoker.

I've got two ECBs and now use my Brinkman cabinet style. Wife says I can't get another one until I thin the herd.(that's probably not going to happen). I may take a shot at building one next spring.

My wife told me if I brought home another smoker I'd have to live in it. I'm currently looking for a 1000sqft smoker!

Burnt ends turned out pretty good! Had to steal a couple before the wife gets home for supper. Stole a few ABTs also, they rarely make it to the table.
