Hello all,

My name is Toby and I am fairly new to the art of smoking.  I have been using a GOSM that I bought used.  I am a VERY experienced griller and would say I am very accomplished at it. BUT I am dying to get deeper into the art of smoking.  Like I said, I have been using a GOSM, and being the type that tends to be a bit of a traditionalist in most things I am left wanting.  I am wanting to get more to the traditional art of Q'in.  SO, what I ask of you guys is some recommendations equipment wise to help me get started.  Ultimately I want something like this http://kpr.craigslist.org/hsh/2484416265.html   :)  But I would like to learn the art more before I make that leap.  Ultimately I would like to start a catering type operation because BBQ'n is what makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside :) lol.  Anyway, any help with recommendations would be greatly helpful.

That smoker is different, doesn't look to be a reverse flow and I'm trying to figure out that box on the left, is there a plate dividing the fire box and trays above it. I don't see a vent on it so assuming it's must be a warming box.

According to the builder yes it is a warming box. Also I didn't necessarily mean that exact one but something of that magnitude. But that is eventually, definately not yet. I am anxious to hear some recommendations from some owners on what smoker I should start out with though :) I should also state that I didn't post that link to advertise it for anyone, I was just posting it because I thought it looked kinda cool. :) thank you for the welcomes!
