I'm enthusiastic to learn from all of you about this new "wonder" of smoking! My birthday present last year was a Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite, and, so far, I've just learned by trial and error, so I'm eager to benefit from the experience on this forum! We raise sheep in the Willamette Valley of Oregon and are happy and seasonal fisherfolk. We do a lot of preserving of all of God's riches, from berries to fish and beyond.
