It was just awesome!!, I cant believe i waited so long to make one, I liked it better than the  brisket I did. I smoked it the same way Bear and Dean did with the foiling @ 165 and pouring the worstshire and apple juice over it, mmm was really good. Thanks for the kick in the a$$ to do it guys.

That chuckie looks like it fell right apart.  Looks delicious and moist too!  Makes me want to skip the brisky and go with another couple chuckies this weekend.  lol  But I've got to attempt the brisket, it's the one thing I've feared and must slay!

Great looking chucky, nice choice of beverage!

I feared the brisket too but mostly because it tasted about like i thought it would, and it was just nothing special or worth investing that kind of time in. but I had to do at least one and so will you!

Oh, man! Now you've gone and made me hungry. I was hopin' to make it to lunch, but no!

Nice looking chuckie. You guys are making me regret that brisket I've got in the freezer. I guess I've got to do it just 'cause it's there. But the chuckies are coming out so good, it hardly seems worth the bother.

Gary, No need to fear the brisket.  At one time I had my concerns about doing my first brisky smoke. The things that I was dreading was pulling an all nighter; using a propane smoker and getting a nice smoke ring.  It to me 3 years before I did mine; it turned out great, had a really nice ring and I survived the all nighter-not as young as I used to be; there was a time when I could go 3-4 days straight get my 8 hours sleep and be good as new. Nowadays, I get tired just thinking about doing an all nighter!!

I just wasnt impressed enough with the flavor to justify me ever doing another one, maybe if i try someone elses that tastes good i will change my mind? I didnt stay up with mine, put it on and went to sleep so the 16 hours didnt seem bad.

Now the chuckie is one of my favs too there Pande man. You have started something now for sure.

Pande,

That is one beautiful Chuckie.

I knew you wouldn't have any problem doing one!

I have found that all I need is a little confidence to do a smoke I never did before.

Once I have everything figured out and my plan of attack ready, it's all down hill.

That's why I always try to make my instructions easy to follow.

Once you know what you have to do, there's no reason to put it off any longer.

Sorry for being long-winded.

Really is a nice chuckie there Pande,

Bear
