This is a recipe I've used at many of the resturants I've worked at and also with my pulled pork I find the the sweetness(with a lil kick)from the slaw dressing is a nice compliment to the pork.

Ingredients:

1 head of cabbage
1 large carrot
2 cups of mayo
2 shots of southern comfort :)
2-3 cups of white vinegar
3 tbsp of celery seeds
1 cup of sugar
1 tbsp peprika
Salt and pepper to taste

I slice up cabbage so its thin but not to thin to not have a good crunch, the carrots I grate with a fine cheese grater I find that this helps make it more colorful. Mix all wet and dry ingredients then poor over the cabbage and carrots and toss throughly.

2 shots of Southern Comfort, sounds good already!

You should have had some Q-view so we could see it.

2 shots of Janis' favorite must make it interesting.
